Digital, delivered instantly

Valkala sells no physical goods and ships nothing. The only paid item is the ad-free option, a digital service. It is delivered to your Valkala account immediately after payment is confirmed, usually within a minute, and applies wherever you are signed in with the same Google account on valkala.com or in the Valkala app.

Where it applies

The ad-free option belongs to the Google account you were signed in with when you paid. Sign in with that same account on any browser, phone or computer at valkala.com, and in the Valkala Android app, and ads are removed there too. Signing out shows ads again on that device until you sign back in. Nothing needs to be downloaded or installed, and there are no delivery charges.

If it hasn’t arrived

Reload valkala.com/account; it shows your ad-free status. If your payment succeeded but the account still shows ads after 30 minutes, email [email protected] with your payment ID and we will apply it or refund you in full. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
