अध्याय १४: गुणत्रयविभागयोग

श्लोक 1

सत्त्वं रजस्तम इति गुणाः प्रकृतिसम्भवाः। निबध्नन्ति महाबाहो देहे देहिनमव्ययम्॥

Sattvam Rajastama Iti Gunah Prakritisambhavah | Nibadhnanti Mahabaho Dehe Dehinamavyayam ||

Goodness, Passion, and Ignorance are the three modes born of material nature, which bind the imperishable soul to the body.
