Everything you read is free
Every aarti, chalisa, mantra, stotra, katha, Gita chapter, meaning and festival date on Valkala is free, with or without an account. Japa counting, puja mode, the puja list and printable copies are free too. Valkala is supported by advertising.
The optional ad-free option
A reader who signs in with Google on valkala.com/account can remove ads on the website, and in the Valkala app the same plans are sold as Valkala Pro through Google Play:

Launch price: purchases made by 31 December 2026 (India time) pay the launch price. From 1 January 2027 the prices are ₹999 a year and ₹4,999 for life. Prices include GST. Sign in with the same Google account on valkala.com and in the Valkala app (version 1.1 and later) and one purchase works on both: no ads on the website, and Valkala Pro (no ads and your full puja journey) in the app. In the app without signing in, a purchase covers that Google Play account only. Inside the app, Google Play shows the price in your local currency.
How to pay
On the website, payment is processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets). In the Android app, payment is processed by Google Play. Valkala never receives your card, UPI or bank details. A receipt is emailed by the payment provider.
