English meaning: O Lord with curved trunk, immense body, and radiant luster of a million suns! Please remove all obstacles from my endeavors, always.
Vakratunda Mahakaya is a short Sanskrit prayer to Ganesha asking that obstacles be removed from one’s undertakings. It is commonly recited at the beginning of study, worship, or a new task.
